Born on Dec. 20, 1980 in Tungao, Butuan City. Daughter of the late Isaias Malaque Cubero And the late Josefina Josol Munion. Graduated her elementary years in the year 1993 at Tungao Elementary school. In the year 1997, she graduated her secondary years at Tungao National High School. In the year 2001, she graduated her bachelors degree at Phil. Normal University-Agusan Campus. Married with Coronel Babanto Balasabas with 1 son Benedict John C. Balasabas. Presently teaching at Maon Elem. School, Butuan City.
